Knowing how to use filters in the queues will help you streamline your daily production and design workflow.
By default, a queue will show all of the products within that queue by their due dates or follow-up dates. The most overdue products and follow-up dates will appear at the top of the list so that you can see which ones are the most urgent.
You can click on the Product Due header to sort the list and hover over the question mark to review the Product Due Color Legend.
Headers, with the green arrow icons, can be filtered by clicking on the header name. Items under the Product header will organize by invoice number. The Company header will organize companies alphabetically. Status / Substatus will group like statuses together.
Filters allow you to sort through all of the pending products in a queue to bring up only those that relate to the machines and parts you work with on a regular basis. For example, if you primarily work on a flatbed printer, you can select that from the machines filter to see only those products that require a flatbed printer. Please note that a part must be assigned a machine during order entry in order to be filtered by machine.
