Shipping and Postage are important elements of Order management, ensuring that costs are calculated correctly and Customers receive their items on time. Within Order Entry, you have the flexibility to add these charges directly to Estimates and Orders, making it easy to provide accurate totals upfront and give Customers a clear picture of their final costs before the Order is completed.

Adding Shipping and Postage
Navigate to Sales Module / Orders and open up the appropriate Order or Create New.
1. Click Step 3.
Note: Ensure that prior steps have been completed.
2. Click + Add Shipping / Postage.
3. Enter the amount for Shipping and/or Postage.
4. Click Save Fees.
5. Shipping and Postage will show as separate lines under the Subtotal.
6. Click Save Order to save changes.
Income Account for Shipping and Postage
The income account for your Shipping and Postage charges can be managed at any time by navigating to Management Module / Global Settings / Pricing / Pricing Settings / Order Fee Settings / Shipping and Postage.
