This article covers the steps to import your Customer Data list from ShopVOX into CoreBridge.



Exporting your ShopVox Customer Information

It is important that you export a total of 2 files, one for your active customers and one for your contacts. Failure to provide CoreBridge with BOTH files will result is a delay of your import. 


How to Export your ShopVOX Customer Data

Once you are ready to Go Live and import your Customers please complete the following steps. 


Customer File

  1. Log in to your ShopVox account
  2. Click on the Customer & Vendors dropdown
  3. Click on Customers
  4. Click on the Green Filter Button and check Active 
  5. Click on Actions
  6. Click on Export to CSV 
  7. Rename your file name to include your CoreBridge URL in front of the word companies. 
  8. Click Save 


Contact File

  1. Navigate back to your ShopVox account
  2. Click on the Customer & Vendors dropdown
  3. Click on Customer contacts
  4. Click on the Green Filter Button and check Active 
  5. Click on Actions
  6. Click on Export to CSV 
  7. Rename your file name to include your CoreBridge URL in front of  the word contacts
  8. Click Save 


After you have successfully exported BOTH the files from ShopVox you should upload them to the CoreBridge FTP Server (corebridge.sharefile.com/filedrop).
