To submit a ticket to CoreBridge Support, you have two options:

1.  Hover over the question mark at the top right of any page within the CoreBridge system and click on the CoreBridge Support Site link. 

2.  Navigate to support.corebridge.net.




Either options will take you to the Learning & Support page. From here, click on the + New support ticket link. 




Once you're on the Submit a Ticket page fill in the following required (*) items and other information as needed: 


a.  *Enter your email.

b.  *Enter a brief subject that helps identify what your question is about.

c.  *Enter a clear, specific, and detailed description of why you're contacting Support so that we can help you as quickly as possible. 

d.  Attach a screenshot or other files as needed. 

e.  *Enter the URL of the page where your question occurs. 

f.   When you're finished, click submit.  


Once you have clicked Submit, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes and a Support agent will contact you shortly. You can also click the Check ticket status link in the upper right corner of the support page at any time.
