This article explains how to manage syncing when you have multiple CoreBridge systems, each connected to its own QuickBooks Desktop company file. The process you follow depends on whether you plan to sync from multiple computers or just one.


Note: This article applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You are using the CoreBridge Sync Tool to sync with QuickBooks Desktop.
  • You have multiple CoreBridge systems.
  • Each system syncs to its own QuickBooks company file.


Recommended Setup: One Computer per QuickBooks Company

The simplest and most reliable way to sync multiple systems is to install the CoreBridge Sync Tool on separate computers—one for each QuickBooks company file.

Each computer will handle syncing for a single CoreBridge system. This setup is recommended because the Sync Tool can only connect to one QuickBooks company at a time.


Alternative Setup: Using One Computer for Multiple Syncs

If you only have one computer available and need it to sync multiple CoreBridge systems to separate QuickBooks company files, the process will require switching the Sync Tool settings between each system.
