After you have registered for Ecommerce, the training department will send log in credentials for the Ecommerce admin panel.  The admin panel is a separate URL from your CoreBridge Management system.  The same Username and Password for your CoreBridge Management system is used for the Ecommerce Admin Panel.

System Administrators will automatically have access to the Ecommerce Admin Panel.  Non Admin Users can be granted access in the user section of CoreBridge. 

Granting Users Access to the Ecommerce Admin Panel:  

  1. Navigate to Management Module > Users > User Search inside the CoreBridge Management system.
  2. Select the user.

  3. Select the Access Rights tab.

  4. Scroll down to the E-Commerce Module section.
  5. Select Can Access E-Commerce Module.
  6. Click Save All User Settings.
