Line item taxes can be displayed to customers using the Estimate with Line Item Taxes and Invoice with Line Item Taxes templates.  

Enabling line item tax templates:

1. Navigate to Management Module >  Customers > Statements.
2. Select the Estimate tab.
3. Select Estimate with Line Item Taxes from the dropdown.
   
4. Click Save Estimate Settings.
   
5. Click on the Invoice tab.
6. Select Invoice with Line Item Taxes from the dropdown.
7. Click Save Invoice Settings.
