Overview


This article covers the steps to import your Customers and Contacts from shopVOX into CoreBridge.


 

Exporting your shopVOX Customer Data

Once you are ready to have your customers and contacts imported please complete the following steps. 

  1. All users must save their work and close out shopVOX

  2. Log into shopVOX and navigate to the top blue bar that says  "CUSTOMERS & VENDORS"

  3. On the dropdown click CUSTOMERS

  4. Click the "Action" arrow (next to the customer search bar)

  5. Click Export to CSV (Visible columns)

  6. A pop-up will load on your computer for you to save the file; once this appears change the name to your center name - companies
    (Example: mycoolbusiness-companies) and press SAVE

  7. Next navigate to the top blue bar that says  "CUSTOMERS & VENDORS"

  8. On the dropdown click CUSTOMER CONTACTS

  9. Click Export to CSV (Visible columns)

  10. A pop-up will load on your computer for you to save the file; once this appears change the name to your center name - contacts
    (Example: mycoolbusiness-contacts) and press SAVE

  11. After you have successfully exported BOTH files you should upload them to https://corebridge.sharefile.com/filedrop. Our team will extract the customer & contact data to prepare it for import into CoreBridge.
    IMPORTANT REMINDER: You will need to upload a total of 2 files in order for us to complete the import.
