The Sales Report Module shows various options to view sales and estimate information related to data inside of CoreBridge. Most reports can be exported or saved in Excel, Word, or PDF formats.


These reports can be viewed in modern or legacy formats. Modern reports have more filter options available.

Sales Reports


These reports will show sales amounts, sales percentage, COGS, Gross Margins and sales total related by customer.


    Sales by Customer

  • Summary: Summary shows orders summarized by customer with option to drill-down.
  • Detail: Detail shows orders including contact information.

   Access Legacy Reports 

  • Summary: Summary shows the total cost summarized by customer
  • Detail: Detail shows orders summarized by customer
  • Drilldown: Drilldown allows you to show/hide order information as desired.



    Sales by Customer with Contact Details

  • Generate: This report shows sales for each customer broken down by invoice with the order contact information. 
  • Export: The export version also includes billing address and order contact information. 



    Sales by Billing Locale

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each billing locale based on the order billing address.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by invoice. 
  • Drilldown: Drilldown allows you to show/hide information as desired.                           



These reports will show sales amounts, sales percent, COGS, Gross Margin and total cost related by salesperson or employees.


    Sales by Salesperson 

  • Summary: Summary shows orders summarized by salesperson with option to drill-down.
  • Detail: Detail shows orders including contact information.

  • Detail: Detail shows orders summarized by salesperson.
  • Drilldown: Shows total sales by salesperson drilled down by sales per customer.
  • Export: Export shows information listed by rows.


    Sales by Salesperson by Month 

  • Generate: This report shows sales by salesperson by month in a cross-tab format.                   



    Sales by Entered By 

  • Summary: Summary shows orders summarized by the user who entered them with option to drill-down.
  • Detail: Detail shows orders including contact information.

   Access Legacy Reports 

  • Summary: Summary shows the total cost summarized by the user who entered them.
  • Detail: Detail shows orders summarized by the user who entered them.
  • Drilldown: Drilldown allows you to show/hide order information as desired.
  • Export: Export shows information listed by rows.



    Sales Overrides by Salesperson 

  • Generate: This report shows orders with overrides applied to income accounts and/or sales amounts.        



These reports will show data by account type, amount in dollars, total and percentage of sale.


    Sales by Income Account 

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each Income Account.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by invoice.
  • Drilldown: Drill-down allows you to show/hide information as desired.


    Sales by Master Account 

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each Master Account.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by each customer assigned to the Master Account and each invoice.
  • Drilldown: Drill-down allows you to show/hide information as desired.



These reports will show data by part type, amount in dollars, total and percentage of sale.


    Sales by Product Category 

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each Product Category.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by invoice.
  • Drilldown: Drill-down allows you to show/hide information as desired.



    Sales by Part Category 

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each Part Category.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by invoice.
  • Drilldown: Drill-down allows you to show/hide information as desired.



    Sales by Parts, Modifiers, Product/Order Fees 

  • Summary: Summary will show total sales amount for each Part, Modifier, or Product/Order Fee.
  • Detail: Detail will break these down by invoice.
  • Drilldown: Drill-down allows you to show/hide information as desired.



These reports will show data by part type, amount in dollars, total and percentage of sale.


    Sales by Industry Type 

  • Summary: Summary shows orders summarized by customer industry with option to drill-down.
  • Detail: Detail shows orders including contact information.

  • Generate: Shows completed sales grouped by customer and can be sorted by either volume or frequency.
  • Export: The export version also includes billing address and primary contact information.


    Sales by Month 

  • Summary: Shows sales by month broken down by in-house, vended, postage, shipping and discount categories.


    Sales Discounts Given 

  • Generate: This report shows orders with discounts applied at the product and/or order level.
