The Company/Financial Report Module shows various options to view company financial statements These reports are written records that convey the business activities and the financial performance of your company, related to data inside of CoreBridge. Most reports can be exported or saved in Excel, Word, or PDF formats.


Company / Financial Reports can be viewed by different categories like Summary, Detail, Drilldown, and Export.

Company Financial Reports


   Sales Tax Liability

  • Summary: Summary will generate sales tax totals by tax group by tax agency.  
  • Detail: Detail will show all invoices by tax group. 


    Sales Commission

  • Summary: Summary will generate sales totals by income account for each salesperson.
  • Detail: Detail will show all invoices and customers broken down by income account for each salesperson.
  • Drilldown: Drilldown allows you to show/hide information as desired.
  • Export: Export generates a CSV/Excel friendly version.  Includes parameters to filter by Completed or Closed sales and Vended products.


    Business Summary

  • Generate: Generates invoice summary data including keys dates, amounts, and contact information formatted for export.                 


    Invoice Summary

  • Generate: Generates invoice summary data including key dates, amounts, and contact info formatted for export. 


    Built Summary

  • Generate: Key summary data for reviewing orders within the selected date range formatted for export.  Primarily designed to review built orders.


    Void Summary 

  • Generate: Generates key summary data for reviewing orders voided within the selected date range formatted for export.  Voids related to Editing a Completed/Closed Order are not included.              


    Customer Earnings 

  • Summary: Summary shows orders summarized by the user who entered them with option to drill-down.
  • Detail: Detail will show all invoices and customers by selected filter type.  Includes parameters to filter by Completed or Closed sales.


    Employee Time Clock

  • Summary: Summary will generate Employee total hours during a selected time period.
  • Detail: Detail will show all time clock entries for each employee during a selected time period.


    Employee Contact List

  • Generate: Generates a list of contact information for all active employees.
