The Revoke Access feature for contacts for Ecommerce allows users to remove access for contacts that have used Ecommerce stores.  Revoking Access prevents contacts from logging into all stores related to the Ecommerce system.  Once removed, access can be restored.  


Revoking Access for an Ecommerce Contact:

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel > Customers > Contacts.  Select the contact.  
  2. Click Revoke Access.
  3. The contact will receive an error message when trying to log in to any store associated with this Ecommerce system.  They will no longer be able to log into the stores.  


Restoring Access:

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel > Customers > Contacts.  Select the contact.  
  2. Click Restore Access.
  3. The contact will be able to log into the stores associated with this Ecommerce system.
