CoreBridge offers the ability to choose between our Low, Medium, High, or Highest password policy options to define password requirements.

Password Policy

The Password Policy indicates the level of complexity a password must be in order to be set. All policies can be found and manages in Management > Global Settings > System > Security.

CoreBridge offers four different levels that apply to both employees and customers:

Low: Validation will require at least 6 characters of more.
Medium: Validation will require at least 6 characters, at least 1 letter, and at least 1 special character.
High: Validation will require at least 6 characters, at least 1 letter, at least 1 number, and at least 1 special character.
Highest: Validation will require at least 14 characters with at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

Number of Days Customer Portal Token Expires allows you to define how many days a tokenized link sent to customers is valid for before it expires.

Note: Making changes to the existing policy will not force existing users to create a new password. However, if a user were to reset their password, the most current policy would be enforced.
