Question: What if I'm not signed up for Support?

Answer: If you have API access but are not currently enrolled in an API support plan, our technical team will not be able to respond to API-related inquiries, although you will still have full access to the API and documentation that can be used for implementation and troubleshooting. Should you reach out to support with API-related inquiries, you may receive a notification explaining your current access level, as well as options for upgrading. 


Question: How do I sign up or upgrade my API Support plan?
