The following steps outline how an Order moves through the Design Module in CoreBridge, from proofing through production.
In Design
The process begins when a Product requires design work and enters WIP: In Design.
Awaiting Proof Approval
Once design work is complete, the Status updates to WIP: Awaiting Proof Approval.
The Customer reviews the product in the Customer Portal and either approves it or requests revisions.
Customer Decision
If the Product is approved:
CoreBridge automatically updates the Status to WIP: Proof Approved.
If the Product is not approved:
The Customer enters revision notes.
CoreBridge updates the Status to WIP: In Design Revision.
Design Revisions
The Designer makes the requested changes, uploads a new proof, and updates the Status.
If further design work is required, the Estimate remains in the Design Module.
If review is needed, the Status updates to Sales Review:
Sales Staff review, apply any changes, and determine the next step.
Additional Information
If more details are required, the Designer requests the information before continuing.
Once artwork and proofs are finalized, the Designer uploads files, adds notes, and updates the Status.
Proof Approved
When the proof is approved, the Designer makes final file preparations for production.
Final files and related documents are uploaded to CoreBridge.
The Designer updates the Status.
Production or Vended
If the product is vended - Status updates to WIP: Vended Product and continues in the Order Workflow – Vended.
If the product is produced in-house - Status updates to WIP: In Production and continues in the Order Workflow – Production.
