The Destinations workflow manages how Orders are finalized once Products are built. This process ensures Products are delivered, shipped, picked up, or installed according to the type of destination selected.
From Production
After Quality Control, Products move into the BUILT status.
Order Status Updates
When all products = BUILT, CoreBridge automatically updates the overall Order Status to BUILT.
If enabled in system settings, CoreBridge can also send an automated notification to the Customer.
Destination Handling
When all products for a destination = BUILT, CoreBridge automatically updates the destination(s) to Ready.
Depending on the type of destination, the Product will then be:
Installed
Shipped
Picked up
Note: These actions are performed by staff.
Destination Status Updates
Once the destination action is complete, staff update the destination status to Completed.
Final Order Completion
When all Products = COMPLETED, CoreBridge automatically updates the overall Order Status to Completed.
