Bulk Updating Customers
Navigate to the Management Module / Users and select the appropriate User.
Note: This is the User you wish to reassign a Customer(s) from.
1. Select the User Information tab.
2. Click Reassign customers.
Note: This link is only available on Users that currently have Customers assigned to them.

3. Select the new Salesperson using the dropdown.
4. Click Save.
Note: This will only affect future Orders.

Updating Salesperson in Order Entry
Navigate to the Sales Module / Orders / Create New.
1. Select Step 1 Order Details.
2. Select the new Salesperson using the dropdown.
3. Click Next Step and save the Order.

Updating Salesperson in Order View Page
Navigate to the Sales Module / Orders and select the appropriate Order.
1. Click Edit.
2. Select the new Salesperson you wish to assign.
Note: This is a one-click function.

Updating Salesperson from the Customer Page
Navigate to Sales Module / Customers / Search and select the appropriate Customer.
1. Select the Settings tab.
2. Click Update.

3. Select the new Salesperson from the dropdown.
4. Click Update.

Reassigning House Account Customers
Navigate to the Management Module / Locations and select the appropriate Location.
1. Select the Location & Company tab.
2. Click Reassign House Account Customers.

3. Use the dropdown to select the new Salesperson.
4. Click Proceed.
Note: Use caution as this action cannot be undone.
