CoreBridge allows you to customize Purchase Order Statuses to best fit the needs of your business. These customizations include renaming, deactivating, reactivating, deleting, and adding new statuses. Once the statuses have been created, the sort order used for dropdowns can also be adjusted. 


Note: Changes made to existing statuses will affect historical Purchase Orders.

Managing Purchase Order Statuses


To begin, navigate to the Management Module / Vendors / Tracking and scroll down to Manage Purchase Order Statuses




Adding New Purchase Order Statuses 


1. Enter the new status name into the Status Name field.

2. Select Add. 




Editing Existing Purchase Order Statuses


1. Select the Edit icon located on the right hand side.

2. Rename the status in the Name field.

3. Select the Save icon.




Deactivating and Reactivating Existing Purchase Order Statuses


The toggle found beneath Status will control whether the status is active or not. 


A. Active statuses will show with the Status toggled to ON, or to the right.

B. Inactive statuses will show with the Status toggled to OFF, or to the left.


To Activate or Deactivate the status, the toggle can be switched in either direction by simply clicking on it.




Deleting Existing Purchase Order Statuses


1. Click the Delete icon on the right hand side. 


Note: You may receive an indicator asking you to confirm you would like to delete the status. Once confirmed, the status will be deleted.


Note: Default statuses and statuses that are currently being used cannot be deleted. 





Sorting Existing Purchase Order Statuses 


Statuses can be sorted using the UP and DOWN arrows on the left hand side. 


A. Clicking the UP arrow will move the status up one spot.

B. Clicking the DOWN arrow will move the status down one spot.


Note: The order that the statuses are shown here will be the same order they are shown in any Purchase Order Status dropdown.





Using Purchase Order Statuses


Navigate to the Sales Module / Orders and select the appropriate Order. 


1. Select the Vendor Purchase Order tab within the Order View Page.

2. Expand the Purchase Order.

3. Select a Status from the dropdown.
