TaxJar has been turned off in your system, and tax calculation is no longer handled through TaxJar. From now on, you will need to manage taxes using your chosen Legacy Tax Groups.

What Has Been Done

• TaxJar has been fully disabled in your system.

• Orders have been updated so they no longer calculate tax using TaxJar.

• We've provided a report listing all open records that you will need to review and update manually.

What You’ll Need To Do

• Review each open record (Orders, Quotes, Jobs, etc.) listed in the report.

• Manually update each one to use the correct Legacy Tax Group.

• If there are records you don’t plan to use, you can Cancel or Void them instead.

Important Notes

• Cloning old orders:
  If you clone an older order that originally used TaxJar, be sure to select the correct Legacy Tax Group for the new record.
• Closed records using TaxJar:
  If you accidentally close a record while it's still set to a TaxJar Tax Group, you can update it using the standard Edit a Completed/Closed Order process.
• Accessing the TaxJar report:
  While the report won’t appear in your UI anymore, you can still access it directly using [this link].
